 1. There is no high-frequency output and the machine cannot work. (In this case, the electronic tube may be broken, but it may also be the resistor burned out. Generally, there is only one black spot when the resistor is burned out. Please pay attention to check that the power supply lacks phase or the fuse is burned.)

2. The electronic tube is aging and the electronic tube lamp is relatively dark, which will make the high frequency output insufficient.

3. The electronic tube lamp of the high frequency heat sealing machine does not light up. (In this way, it can generally be directly judged that the tube is broken)

5. The products that have been fusion spliced suddenly cannot be spliced,

6. The fan has been broken for a long time. Pay attention to whether the tube is overheated and burned out. If the color changes, it is usually burned out.

7. After the filament of the high-frequency machine is energized, the high-frequency electron tube will light up. If it does not light up, it must be a damaged tube.

8. After starting the high-frequency machine, observe whether there is white light in the ceramic inner tube of the electronic tube. If there is, the electronic tube is damaged.

9. After starting the high-frequency machine, check whether the pointer of the ammeter will move to the bottom as soon as it is stepped on. Some may be damaged by the electronic tube, or the transformer may be damaged or other reasons.

10. Power on the machine to preheat the tube. Use a multimeter to measure the voltage between the cathode and the grid, and between the cathode and the anode. Normally, the voltage between cathode and anode is 1.2~4V, and the voltage between anode and cathode is 3~6V; if the voltage is 0V, the tube is damaged. . For safety, please keep the input terminal of the high-voltage transformer in a disconnected state during testing.

11. Disconnect the grid connection, power on the machine to preheat the tube, use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the cathode and the grid, and between the cathode and the anode. If the forward resistance is infinite and the reverse is small, the tube is normal. The forward and reverse resistance values are infinite or the forward and reverse resistance values are both small, indicating that the tube is damaged.

12. Observe the normal color of the top of the tube. The top color of the tube is silver or black. If the top has become milky white or light black, it means that the tube has leaked or is aging.

13. Observe whether there is debris in the tube, shake it gently or flick the bulb of the electron tube with your fingers, and then turn it upside down a few times to carefully observe whether there are debris, white oxide, broken mica flakes and other debris inside. Or if there is a sound, if there is, the filament is generally burned out.
